Born in Paris in 1969 with roots in Martinique, he was influenced by Afro, Salsa, Ballroom, and Zouk, as well as Soul and Funk from legends like James Brown and Stevie Wonder. Since making dance his profession in 1993, Byron has collaborated with international artists and judged major hip-hop events worldwide, most recently the House Dance category at Summer Dance Forever and a secret judge at Clubbing Forever. He has taught and judged in France, Italy, Slovenia, Hungary, Morocco, Martinique, Belgium, Brazil, the U.S. (New York), Germany, Ukraine, Switzerland, Poland, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, and Spain. Now, for the first time in Denmark, Byron is bringing his expertise to our community. His career includes work in film (The Dancer by Luc Besson), television (MTV Dance Show, Amici), and collaborations with brands like Freddy, Nike, and Motorola. Byron has established his Academy in Milan, called Bstheschool, where he teaches himself all styles and focuses on pushing the new generations to the highest level.
